Yes, our counselling services are provided free of charge. We believe that everyone should have access to godly counsel and support, regardless of their financial situation. Our counselors volunteer their time to serve our community.

While we encourage individuals to book their own sessions, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to book on behalf of someone else. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation, and we'll work with you to ensure the person receives the support they need.

We offer both online and in-person counselling sessions. When you submit your request, you can indicate your preference, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Online sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing, while in-person sessions are available at our church location.

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. All counselling sessions are confidential, and we follow strict data protection protocols. Your personal information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff members. We never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
